In the winter of 2016, I interned with the Communication and Graphic Design department of USAID's Maternal and Child Survival Program. I had the opportunity to co-author a blog on respectful practices during labor and delivery, and create an illustration to go along with it.

The illustration was the final product after a thorough revision process, created to suit the needs and preferences of many stakeholders. The pattern was created in photoshop. All the elements were hand drawn.
